Professional Journey
I started out in Film and Television, working in production with Disney before becoming one of the first female TV commercial directors in Australia. I later became Head of Broadcast at the Commonwealth Bank, where I saw firsthand how creativity and business intersect.
What I learned was simple and profound: business is about people. And people are driven by identity.
I went on to found my own brand and marketing agency, Mrs V Media, working with clients including Toyota, Westfield and Foxtel. Later, I began working closely with small business owners, helping them not only shape their brands but uncover their personal North Star. Because no matter how strong the strategy, if someone does not believe in who they are, success never fully lands.
Running alongside my business career has been a deep personal inquiry. I studied Buddhism, Shamanism, energy practices, psychic and mediumship training and alchemy, not as a departure from the professional world, but as a deeper exploration of what drives us. To me, spirituality is ultimately an exploration of what lies beneath the roles, beliefs and stories we build around ourselves.
That inquiry, together with more than three decades of professional and lived experience, eventually led me to create The 7 Essential Human Experiences™ and the work I do today.
Am I spiritual? Yes. But not in the way it is often presented. To me, spirituality is simply remembering who we are beneath the roles and stories we have built around ourselves.
That belief sits at the heart of my work today. Through the Illusion to Truth Framework and The Reconnection process, I speak about identity, belief, leadership and what it means to return to your truth and live from a place of real freedom.
