We are NEVER meant to get there. Ask yourself ‘Where is that place?’ When you get a home, your soulmate, your health, your money, your... It’s just not true.
Life is not a Destination, it’s Your Unique Journey!
I get up and focus on what I need to do in autopilot, what time is it, bathroom stop, water, move my body. As my life rebuilds itself and memories, thoughts and concepts fill my head bit by bit, I feel the pace pick up and targets start to dot their way before me, setting my day’s journey.
Sometimes my targets are so big, sorry I’ll take that back EVERYDAY my targets are so big that I feel the endless bulleyes lined up. It’s not the pushing from someone else, I am so visual that I can see exactly what I need to do and time see limited. If you are very task orientated, you’ll resonate with this thought. How to address the ‘never getting it all done’ thought. I have been told spiritually that the road is about the journey and don’t focus on the goals. I totally believe in not goal setting because it does leave you dissatisfied I find and love using targets because it doesn’t have that ‘what if I fail’ feeling. In fact, in my ‘brand shift’ process, I talk about ‘intention’ because THEN time stops and I find myself in the present ‘feeling’ space, my attention goes to what is going on for me and I am able to take my power back, the power is not in the target or goal.
For me, my intention is to do ONE THING on my list that I know I can do and what I want to get done. My body is calm and I feel grounded about what I’m doing now. My intention might be to have a break today, a ‘mental health day’, a ‘me day’ – how good is that, my target has a proactive energy verses reactive. Another intention may be to feel good about what I get done today and note exactly the wins and the learnings.
Learn to feel what is happening in the moment, it’s the door to something you don’t know. How exciting!
I love this process, great to do in the morning – try it…
Life experience brings out different emotions and different perspectives on things. I just want to be constantly evolving.
I love this process, great to do in the morning – try it!
Sit comfortably and breathe.
Just the act of sitting is a HUGE step, so find somewhere you like the vibe of and sit down. Make sure you won’t be interrupted and turn your phone OFF or on silent. Breathe in and out a few times and close your eyes.
Fill your heart with light.
Imagine from the top of your head a light that is beautiful, rich and filled with everything that will nurture and guide you. See it coming through the top of your head through the centre of your body and into your heart. Use the breathe to move and expand the light.
Drop your thoughts into your heart.
Drop your thoughts into your heat and place your hands on your heart to really connect. Don’t judge just let them move down and if they stay or go it doesn’t matter. Keep breathing.
Ask yourself ‘What do I intend to do this day?’
Keep this intention simple to start. You want to prove to your sub-conscious mind that you CAN manifest and create your life. We are so stuck in replay that when we set new neural pathways by INTENTION, everything changes. It’s like you have to consciously stop, turnaround and look forward. Intention I find is often better than using goals, as it gets a bit of failure vs success in your mind to start, sometimes say ‘ I will achieve xxxx’.
Then, the most important – IMAGINE.
Yes this is what connects you to the power, your emotions! Your sub-conscious cannot tell the difference between what is real in your body or not, so when you start to create what you want in your mind, smell it, see it and FEEL what it would be like. This transforms everything.
