I pondered on what would happen if we removed the idea of blame and discovered who does it the most and you will be shocked because yes – it’s you!
I wanted to share with you my 3 top ways to let go of blame.
Be conscious of the blame, when you become aware of it, the energy immediately changes.
Bring your power back to YOU, yes you give your power away.
Notice that you are triggered and see if you can work out WHY, it’s often something we don’t like about ourselves that we respond to it.
Blame is a response when many emotions like fear and anger arise. When you work with the shadow part of the self you can see that these moments are such precious gifts to further understand ourselves – yes success is an inside job indeed.
